noob with a noob question about 8 pin resistor box

hello all, i am new here and this is my first post and yes i did SEARCH before i post. anyways i did not get much info about the 8pin plug and play resistor box or even know if its possible, (unlike the 6pin one that everyone else is using) i dont wanna test it out and have to get another ECU or engine.. :l i got the 8 pin resistor box from a 94 acura legend v6 i have pics to better explain my story, thanks in advance

Looks just like the resistor box I used. You could always test hom many ohms resistance go to each injector pin from the main 12v supply pin if you're worried. It should be almost nothing between the 12V pin to all the other pins and 10?Ohms I think to each injector.

If you don't know what pin is 12V pull the dead end plug and test with the voltmeter which one still has powr on your car.

If you don't know what pins are injectors, pull the plugs from the injectors and test continuity from the injectors to the dead end plug on your car.

Or search some more and get the schematic, I don't remember off the top of my head.

It might have 8 pins but I think they only have 7 wires. I pulled one from a 95 v6 accord yesterday and it had 8 pins, and 7 wires.

so do i still have to take the 12v red wire from the resistor box and solder to the 4 wires going to the ECU?
