noob

hey, i'm new to this site and this might sound like a stupid question but how to i search the forums in this website. When i click the search with the globe and magnifying glass it doesn't come up with ne thing. need help trying to build a hmt. so let me know if i'm an idiot or my computer is messed up somehow. thnx
