I know you were trying to teach him but you wern't you were belittling a poor kid who was teraibly excited to start the fruits of his labour. I also have the same problem, I am a shop forman who doesn't have patients for people working under me that cant do what I do. I'm not sayings its wrong but it doesn't do any good either

 

When I teach apprentice techs at work, I dont call them fucksticks and make them feel stupid, I explain them to them the situation and hope they learn from it.

You can keep your shitty words of wisdom to yourself, and leave your ---- talking in general.
