no crank sensor on obd1?

Default no crank sensor on obd1?

i have a jdm d15b in my 96 civic dx. using the stock engine harness. my question is i don't have a crank sensor on my jdm d15b, will this effect my car in any way if i use a obd1 p28 ecu? can i bypass it in anyway? will my car run like ---- if i don't have it plug up? thanks in advance. i have a jdm d15b in my 96 civic dx. using the stock engine harness. my question is i don't have a crank sensor on my jdm

I think he's refering to a crank fluctuation sensor which is on the oil pump on the stock obd2 motors. If you're using a p28 you don't need to do anything to the clip for the crank fluctuation sensor, it shouldn't do anything with a p28. The actual crank sensor is in the distributor.
