Default no CEL in key on position on EF

i just bought a 91 crx with an LS in it and i cant get the CEL to come on when the key is in the on position. the car is OBD 0 at the moment im debating converting it over to OBD-1 and starting fresh. ive replaced the ground to the radiator support, checked all the fuses, and fixed all splices at the computer. i would like to have this car running by the end of the week if anyone has any suggestions or any questions that may help u point me in the right direction please let me know. appriciate it

check to see if the bulb is still good. plus with it being obd0 you check the codes on the ecu itself..its not like obd1 where the cel will flash if thats what your talking about.. also check the ground at the t-stat housing

welp got the cel working wire was broken about 6 inches back into the harness. after trying ground straight to the light at the computer and nothing happened i knew something was wrong. now i think ive got a bad dizzy...time for an OBD1 conversion and see what happens. shouldnt take long all i gotta do is make the jumper harness for the 2 dizzy plugs and hope like hell...
