Default Next motor, F22B1 .. any opinions on mounts?

Well, I was an Accord goon before I made the mistake 3 months ago of getting back into a Civic project . I still have A LOT of Accord/Lude parts laying around. Enough to piece a F22B1 swap together short only the shifter plate/cables. SO... soon as I blow up this d15b7 again, I've decided thats whats going in. Hell with building up a D series, I'm going straight to the 'big block'... and I like F series motors.. not to mention their cheap like the D series.

My question is... does anyone have opinions on the mount kits availabe? The HASport one requires TOTAL removal of the tranny mount, Place Racing is only a trim. I'm thinking place racing because if I ever wanna put a D series back in... wtf do I do w/o a tranny mount ?!

Anyway.. input appreciated.

hey why nto be original and toss a a20a with a turbo in there. you cant beat an iron motor with a closed deck and superbly thick cylinder walls. if you need a flange to make a turbo manifold give me a holler. i have a few i can spare. and the a20a is lighter then the f22b and smaller then the b16 b18

what year civic is the f22b1 going into? If its the 5th gen civic you can try HCP mounts. They're at a good price and works with my 92 h22 hatch.

i love it man. Since i got friends that like to ride with me alot my hatch is basiclly a h22 hatch taxi:P Even with all 4 friends riding with me you couldnt tell they are weighing it down. Still quick as hell. But i'm gonna be boosting soon. I'm still using the h23 tranny. The gearing is still longer than the h22 tranny even with a lighten flywheel. 2nd gear go way past 65mph. But I love my h22:P

I've never heard of motour mounts for that f22b1 engine, i've looking for them since that engine its special for me, that engine has 145hp and 148 of torque i think, it has more torque than a gsr or a b16, or any b18, its a 2.2 sohc vtec right?

if u get any information regarding this swap let me know.
