New set up? what do you guys think
Alright so its time for more power.. my gsr turbo just doesnt feel fast anymore.. My current set up is pretty much a stock gsr, arizona force induction ramhorn manifold kit + garrett 60 trim .63 ar with 3" downpipe.
I just got a bare b18a1 block that is bored to 85mm and sleeved by aebs. I have a spare gsr crank but i am thinking about getting a LS crank. micropolish blue print and hone. manley turbo tough I beam rods + wiseco 9-1, erl 5 point main girdle, fluidampr harmonic balancer, itr water and oil pump. With a built ported gsr head with some aftermarket valvetrain. and maybe some itr cams or skunk2 stage 1 pro cams. edelbrock victor x intake manifold and probably a 70mm tb..
For turbo i am thinking gt35r, 1000cc injectors, full race top mount manifold with 3" down pipe.
Im still a noob at motors and turbo itself.. do you think this motor will support 20 psi with a redline of 9k? how stable will it be? How much power do you think i can make at 20 psi? how much would i need to reach 600 hp.. Thanks
