Well I got a new ecu and now it is giving me new codes. I had a PR4 and now I have a PM6. The first in intake air temp sensor. The next is Ignition output signal. I don't know what the IOS code means or what to do about fixing it. I think my car hates me. And I think I hate it.

 

buy some weber carbs and be done with the codes

You have gotten like every code in the book. IAT's never go bad from what I have xperinced and the only time I got that code is when I switched the iacv for iat clip has they are the same

 

Well I did some searching and this is what I have found. Some people get just code ten. They put a new dizzy on it and it fixes it or they get code 15 and 10. New dizzy fixes it. So we will see if that works.

 

Yeah do that or just get a new coil and Ignition control module. Thats what they call it at the parts store. we call it the ignitor. All together it will cost $100. Thats what I am doing. But just try the ignitor first to see if that fixes it then try the coil. I have to wait till tursday to get the ignitor though so I can't tell you if that fixed it yet.

 

Dude iat code is not going to come from a dist. This is where a multimeter is needed. Follow instructions in checking for shorts my thick chiltons has all that info.

 

Yeah I have s chilton also but I have code 15 and I wan tot see if that takes care of the dizzy. Who knows what is wrong with the IAT sensor. I did nothing except put a new ecu in there.

 

Well I got a new igniton module controler for my dizzy. Is that the same as an ignitor or is the ignitor wire go to this. I have no clue for I have no spark still. Let me know. Other wise I am getting a new car
