Can we get a closer picture? That is where my intake manifold support is on my Civic. I can't see what you have circled??? ???

its an arrow to the hole

its your oil breather. it is piped into your intake (unpressureised). If you lewave it disconnected it will piss oil all over the motor (very slowly)
