ok...i dont have a clue where to get camgears but JUN makes cam gears...there a lil pricey though....valves i have not a clue...but if u need pistons or rods...go to http://www.theoldone.com they have some awesome rods that can handle great amounts of power....i was gonna get a ZC but i got a complete LS swap for 800 bucks today so im not gonna go with the D series anymore...but ask jeff about ZC parts...dude has a fully built race ZC motor..dude is amazing with that motor

heres the deal with the ZC.. breifly

Head componets for the ZC head blow ass, their is hardly any aftermarket support for this head. Valves & valve springs will have to be custom. Camshafts, good luck HKS makes billet ones that are incredibly hard to find and cost a smart fortune. You do have the option of a regrinded camshaft (this is what I do) they basicaly cut the backside of the cam to give more duration and slightly more lift. It works out ok. Cam gears, you can use B-series ones, but the offset is just a bit off, and will rub the backside of the timing cover (easy fix) or you can buy authentic Jun/HKS adj cam sprokets that run about 170 a piece :o

As far as I know, Endyn is the only one who offers pistons for the ZC. For rods, you can use the D16a6 rods Eagle/Crower.

i really like my zc motor, its internally stock right now, i'll build it when it burns up. i plan on having colt cams regrind my cams this summer, or maybe hks, i'm not totally sure. i drive a lot of highway, and i have a dx tranny on it, so it gets great mileage and has an amazing top end for a NA d series. its going turbo this summer hopefully, but for now its an awesome improvement compared to the d15 and 4 speed tranny. i would recomend the zc to anyone...especially for the money. easier to drive around than my friend's b series motor cause the torque is in a more useable place, just like a d series.
