Need help with this motor

ok i bot a gsr block and a head stamped pr3-4 what is a pr3-4? Next is its got pr3 cam gears and a LS ecu. I got the timing lined up but the car wont start. It sounds like it wants to but it wont. Next is its got gas and spark.
the gsr is a obd2 block and a obd 0 ecu and the v-tech is not hooked up. so what am i missing?

So, you have spark, fuel and timing is on.... right?

is your firing order set right? 1-2-4-3 CC ?

Do you have good compression?

The book said 1-3-4-2. tryed the other way still no start but it wants to. the compression 200 all across.
Could it be the ecu? Right now iam trying to use the ls on a gsr block and a si head
with out the v-tech hook up.

Re: Need help with this motor

stop w/ the v-tech is vtec. I highly doubt its the ecu. any codes/check grounds.
