need help with Eagle rods asap!

Hello! im about to put in my new Eagle ESP H-beam rods in my built D16A9 engine but i kinda lost the paper that came with the rods that has all the torque specs.

can anyone tell me what Nm i should use? its ARP 2000 allloy bolts.

and yes i already tried the search metod ::)

need answers asap! thx!

3/8" bolt is 43 lb/ft.
