last year in august i hydro locked my stock d16a6 in a puddle. i bent a rod and broke another. so i picked up a d16z6 tore it down. got it decked and honed. the head i got milled and im going to put in new seals.then i have this list of things i bought.

wideband o2 sensor

the connecting rods have oil squirters milled in the sides hopefully between them and alcohol injection the pistons will be ok. do you think they will take 300 hp one day a week for dragracing if i turn down the boost the rest of the week? is the any sugestions on what turbo to use?

oh and shoud i use new main cap bolts or are the old ones ok.
