My D15B8 buildup, Open to suggestions!!!

Hey all, I'm a new member, long time reader *Lots of useful info on here* and wanted to post my buildup here and ask for everyones input on what I should change, buy, drop before I mount it all!

I have a White 92 Civic CX, Base as Base can be. Right now it has the stock D15B8 block with the stock CX tranny, I mounted a LX D15B7 Head and a P06 ECU along with I/H/E to get a bit more pep out of the sad little engine, but a few months afterwards found the valve seals to be leaking compression.

Where I'm at Today is I picked up a D16Y8 Head with an OBX intake manifold for basically Free, Had the Head Redone, Valve job, and resurfaced, I have a 3 layer metal Z6/Y8 Headgasket, ARP Headstuds *9 of the B7 studs, 1 of the Y8 studs for the back corner* new Water pump, Z6 Timing Belt, an Aluminum Megan Racing UDP that I had Shaved *AC/PS Pullies removed by machine shop* and I have a chipped P05 ECU *Sent the origional B8 ECU in for Vtec conversion and got chipped for the setup I have* This setup should be good for 10.5-10.7 CR depending upon how much was milled off the Head, and was wondering what else I should do!? or am I really at the end of the line as far as NA modifications go? I'm installing this setup next week along with Fresh 15X7 Rims with new Falken 195/50/15's and a fresh Z6 Tranny with a Stage 2 XTD Clutch.

My Questions are: is there anything else I should pickup while I'm at this stage in the game?

Are Vitara pistons useable in a D15 Block? What kind of Rods should I use with them when I boost this car, and what kind of turbo would everyone recommend?

Also, Should I keep the stock flywheel? I have NO clue what a 8.5lb flywheel will be like compared to what I have now, Anyone willing to post their experiances?

I apologize if the Vitara question was answered in the FAQ's already, but I didn't spot it. :(

Also if My CR is up in the mid 10's, should I be running Premium fuel? or should I be doing that anyways with a chipped ECU?

:::PER REQUEST:::

Cliffs Notes:

I have a D15B8 Block with a D16Y8 Head *I/H/E, Intake mani, Light weight crank pully, ARP studs, built and milled head, What else should I do to it?

Can I run Vitara Pistons in this setup and slap a turbo in it?

I can't help you with the Vitara questions, but you definitely want to run the highest octane gas you can get.

No sense in running vitara pistons on stock rods really...

Only d15 rods that I know of in production are Crower, which are $700 plus. You're better off getting a d16 block if you want to build it up.

nope i have eagle h beams that came out of a d15 also going in a dohc zc next once i get them line bored. also all the lightweight flywheel will do is make you rev up faster and free up a tiny bit of power. had a friend fry his valve cover ground 5 minutes after we installed the lightweight clutch cuz he kept revving it up. he was amazed at how fast it revved and then it just died. actually set the metal ground on fire.

That ground must have been loose or busted up real bad, there's not supposed to be much current going through that ground at all, there's somthing else up there.
