this is my write-up i just did
if you are talking about repinning the conector on the shock tower there is a guy on HT that does that for a small fee i can't remember his name though

not a bad write up at all. i was going to do basically the same thing, i found alot of them were confusing and burdensome.

i was actually going to try and make it so no wires need to be cut or repinned. make it all plug and play, but im not sure if its completly possible, or how bad the hassle will be.

this is how I feel about 90% of the write ups.. I did one wrong one time because the diagram sucked donkey dick. I made my own and have done probably 9 or 10 since.. No problems.

lol. i love the ones that are like 9 pages long with no diagrams. id like to punch those idiots in the face. ive found 7 so far, and only 1 of them is decent.

Re:MPFI swap, Whos really good?

when you are counting pins look at the connector os if you are going to plug it in to your face

i read prob 1318646513 DPFI to MPFI write ups and they were almost all different, i took wiring diagrams and and mapped the diffences myself

if you do what all the write ups say and use old wires for the #1 & 3 inj there is no way to route the wiring like factory...making your own inj harness is easier, less confusing, and much cleaner looking

i have only done this once and got it right the first time using my method no prob

I've done about 13 of those swaps...and I just did one today.
It's like second nature to me now...because here de 5th gen civic also came with DPFi...so you can imagine how much DPFI's are running around....the EG DPFI is almost the same as the 4th gen's...some colors are different, but overal it's easy...

hah, I know exactly how frustrating that is. I did my Cluster swap and the harness pinouts I used were incorrect. I must have wired that thing about 3 times every way i could until I got fed up and decided to trace the circuit board and figure out the pins myself. It sucks to have to come down to that, but sometimes doing things on your own is the way to go.
