motor wont start
You Got Fuel.. you know this because? I assume you loosened the fuel inlet bolt and tried cranking it over and fuel sprayed right?
You got spark... You put a extra spark plug in a spark plug wire and grounded it out... and when you cranked it over it was sparking right?
Ok, the only 2 other things you need for it to run, is 1 compression and 2 timing. I would check if you have compression in all the cylinders, 2 check your timing, have you had the head off? has the timing belt been off? Is the firing order right? Does the car act like it wants to start? Do you have any check engine lights at all?
Let us know.

FWIW, I don't trust fuel at the rail overmuch. I normally yank the injectors and zip tie them to the rail, then crank to make sure they are all spraying and the injectors aren't stuck closed. New in the box Honduh injectors are usually stuck closed, common problem, tap with a screwdriver or extension while pulsing them and OMG EVERYTHING IS OKAY FOREVER.
*ahem*
Yup, I should not have had that fifth cup of coffee.
