Default More Dpfi to Mpfi questions

I'm done with the conversion now but there is one plug left over, it's the plug that goes to some sensor on the dx throttlebody. Should I worry about it? I'm using an 88 integra ecu, for some reason when I hit 6000rpms the motor back fires. Can someone help me out with these 2 questions?

I didn't find two questions. :P

It's either the Map or the TPS. Which one IS plugged in?

MAP, TPS, IACV, the little white sensor are all pluged in, but there is one more sensor that the dx intake manifold has that the si manifold doesn't have. So there is one more plug left, the plug for the sensor on the dx throttlebody and I'm not talking about the TPS either.

The other question I had was about my backfire at 6000rpms. Does anyone have that problem? I'm using the 88 integra ecu and was wondering if that is the problem. Thanks

On my DX throttle body there is only two connections. One is for TPS and the other is map. I don't know where this third one is coming from.

No, the MAP sensor is mounted on the firewall. If you are looking at the throttlebody the sensor that I'm talking about is on the oposite side of the injectors and is mounted diagonally.

You should have three extra plugs left over after you are done the swap. two of them are the old DPFI injector plugs, and the other one is for the tandem vavle for the DPFI system, which you do not use on the MPFI system, you can either just cut it off, or tuck it away somewhere.

left over plugs
