Default mitsu pistons in d series

Does anyone know if the mitsu 4g15 or g15b pistons will fit in a d-series. They are 75.5 mm bore, has anyone done this? I know there probably isn't much reason too, but i found a set of inexpensive hypereutectic pistons for them and was wondering if i could use them in my z6

by the way, i know d series are 75mm bore; my block is bored .020 over
