Default mini-me setup

Hi, everyone, I´m new here, I own a Civic del Sol S 1993, 5 speed.

I´m collecting all the parts to make a mini-me.

How do you think about this set-up:

d16y8 head ported and polished.
d16y8 I/M
d16y8 fuel rail and fpr
d16y8 head gasket
OEM ecu chipped to handle v-tec and d16y8 fuel maps.
Tenzo R short ram intake
Civic EX transmission 5 speeds.
Header.
2.5" custom exhaust system.

What gains on hp should I expect with this setup?

And I´m thinking on a Zex camshaft. and B16 TB and overbore the I/M.
How many more gains with this?
Do you think that I gonna need a new clutch? If so, wich one is better, OEM or aftermarket?

Any one that have some writeup to do this swap??

It´s my first honda swap!!

That sounds like a good plan and very achievable for a beginner.
Most people here are going to ask why don't you boost the d15b7?
Good Luck

just boost that ----, ---- a mini-me. mini-me is just gonna raise the compression. esp. with d15 rods with a less chance for error so to speak.

Default mini-me head gasket

I was looking at cometic.com that they have head gaskets on several thickness, using the compresion calculator, if I use the d16y8/z6 (0.037 in) head gasket my compression goes to 10.52, but I know that this number is high to make a turbo mini-me, but if I go for a bigger thickness (0.074), my compression goes to 9.61, Is this a good number to boost my mini-me
It won´t affect my mini-me swap without boost
Cause I will boost my mini-me on about 6 months more , because of $$$$, but I don´t want to affect my mini-mi performance

My setup d15b7 with d16y8 head an I/M

Install what you got already.
Or just pick up a 1.6 block for cheap and not worry about it.
I ran 10-12psi on the cx-vtec for over a year and that had 10.10 c/r

I´m going to do the mini me next week, I will get the oem d16y8 head gasket.

My question was because I don´t want to expend more money lowering the c/r
when I start to boost my swap,

I understand that I can handle 9 to 10 psi. without problems with 10.53 c/r right?
