mini me on crx

Did anyone ever ran a mini-me setup using obd-0 distributor and pm6 and just hooking up the vafc of just a vtec controller for it?

i tried to search a lot but didnt come up much as i can see usually people convert the obd0-obd1 and ran the d16z6 distributor and p28 ecu

any advise on this?

Sure, you can use the pm6 dizzy and ecu and just activate vtec off a vafc. ACtually, it's better to do it that way than try to use a toggle switch, although the best usually is with 0bd1 and the p28. At least with the vafc you can add the extra fuel that is required when it hits the vtec crossover point, and always gives you the option to play around with your fuel curves even more than just a plain non-chipped p28. Downside to the pm6 ecu though is the lower rev-limiter. I used to use pg7 ecu's from the 88-89 integra's just for the fact of a higher rpm limiter, and increased fuel and timig curves.
