mini-me compression

what will the compression be on my d15b8 with a d16y8 head

will i be able to run regular gas or will i have to upgrade to plus or premium??

with that high of compression... run premium.. I dont care if gas is 2.50 a gal..

will my car start to make knocking sounds because im pretty sure its had regular put in it for 11 years or will the new head stop it from making noises??
