Re:MINI ME
So, you're DPFI as of right now and you are wanting to do a MPFI swap with a VTEC head, correct?
No machine work is necessary when swapping heads(in this situation anyways). You need to remove the oil fitting on your DX block. It's located in the center of the block near the back towards the oil filter. You can't miss it when you have the head off. I don't believe you can just swap the SI harness over so you are better off rigging the DX harness to work. It's very easy. You can run your stock ECU and use either an RPM switch or a VAFC to engage VTEC. It's up to you. __________________ Best Car Insurance | Auto Protection Today | FREE Trade-In Quote |
Re:MINI ME

Re:MINI ME
Here is a good write-up on the DPFI-MPFI swap.
http://www.fourthgenhatch.com/mpfi.html You only hook one wire up from the VAFC to the VTEC solenoid to activate VTEC. __________________ Best Car Insurance | Auto Protection Today | FREE Trade-In Quote |

Z6 Mini-Me Swap This is for a z6 on a a6 block, but should be very similar. |

You might want to try and go obd1 w/ a z6 dizzy and p28 ecu (from a 92-95 ex) |
Re:MINI ME
Doh! I was referring to the Mini-me and not even thinking about the DPFI-MPFI swap. :-[ My bad. :(
