civics obd2a 96-98 obd2b 99-00
integras obd2a 96-99 obd2b 00-01 and all the other cars are the same as integra (prelude,accord)
and the diffrence in the motors is the only diffrend i know is the dizzy i know its true for civics the obd2a dizzy has 9 wires and two conectors and the obd2b dizzy has 8 wires and 1 connector and lags one wire that was for a negative pulse of the engine speed (basically a tach signal) because the obd2b ecu already generats a negative engine puls its called NEP on the pin out of the ecu.. so the the tack would not work thats it ... well i might be wrong tough.. but anyway.. and i also have a 96 integra gsr and it had the high idle problem like 2k or someting idling until it wormed up i turn off the key then re start it and it idles fine then i realized it was teh iat temp sensor on top of the manifold was broken so i replaced it and now it works fine and no cel and idles fine..
oh and when i did my obd2b to obd1 rewire on my 99 civic turbo its also beat up but way more that your civic anyway i had to run a wire from inside the dizzy to the blue wire in the top left hand corner of the engine compartment to make my tack work cuz it woldent.. basically the ignition moduel is still the same on bothe obd2B and A dizzys just hond didnt run a wire form the NEP lead out of the dizzy..
i like your civic its ghetto like mine but mine is more getto i slhould post some pics but its funny how those bmw people think they are so fly but not wehn it comes to me pullling awway from them its funny to watch the look change on their face when they were trying to impress there feamale friend so nice to spank them on a ghetto beater car
my car is a 99 hb with a bent chasis dented quater panel messed up whole left side you can say and dented right fender from the door pushing it in from being opened (fender door clearance issues) and i have a stock muffler in the back and the exhause from my turbo comes out the side by the rear wheel but you cant see it cuz it 10 inches awway from the side of the car just tucked under there but it suxk cuz it resonates under the car and makes the whole car shake.. but its quiet on the outside.. i have build d16y7 taht im running on crome 10 psi on a base map till i get it tuned boosting a t3 t4 turbo and inter cooling via mx-6 sidemount
