Default Make new downpipe or move radiator?

So i got a pretty fair chunk of my ---- in last night then I ran in to this little problem. My downpipe hits the radiator bracket here (thumbnail, circled) So in order to use the downpipe I'm going to have to cut that bracket, notch the crossmember and move the radiator. It is a TIGHT fit with everything in (wastegate, radiator, dump, downpipe, etc..) so making a new downpipe would be a BITCH....which route would you go, move the radiator or make a new dp? Any mounting ideas if I move the radiator? I would have to move it a couple inches towards the pass side and then angle it to fit.

i wouldn't redo the dp, just bust out the chop saw, cut some V's in it and kinda hack it up a bit
