LS/VTEC questions just like the other guy

alright....i want to know what i have to do to put on a vtec head onto my 91 LS block. like what kind or drilling i need to do and with what kind of machine or what i could use in place of that machine. will it bolt right up and will it work even if the vtec isnt wired up....will the dizzy work with the vtec head...and i heard rumors that LS/VTEC motors tend to blow up....or stop working cause of compression levels...or something like that...tell me how reliable these bastards are cause i need it to last a year and preferably more. can i use my LS ecu still and just run an rpm switch or a vtec controller to operate the vtec by itself? help me out ppl....im in need of more speed!!!

also what kind of injectors should i use and can i use my stock HF wiring harness with the LS/VTEC ?

Re:LS/VTEC questions just like the other guy

the gist of it...

1. enlarge down pin holes on intake side of the head

2. remove oil jet on block, tap and plug it.

3. run a line from your oil press sensor to a plug on your head, remove that plug, tap it and thread in a fitting and attach the line.

4. wiring, i dunno here ;) good luck

just go to a search site
www.google.com and type LS/VTEC and look around.
