I have a set of dual spring b16 springs and an old set of LS springs...I'll measure the height and see what I come up with. I do believe you can use the b16 or gsr springs, just as long as you have a cam that doesn't go over 0.400 lift. Check out this thread for a little more info, even though I know how much you guys *hate* H-T...http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread/1803606

I believe you can use b16 springs on the intake but not the exh. cause on ls heads the int. and exh. springs are different lengths. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Also, Rocket Motorsports has stronger single valvesprings for like $170 or something.

Well I'm pretty positive about b16 springs working on the intake side.
