Those ebay springs suck ***. The hatch I pulled my motor from had the cheap ---- springs and they ------- bounced all day. I got a set of Neuspeeds in the front and gold lines in the rear, it handles ok to be on stock shocks. I had neuspeed rears a little while ago, they were stiff as ----. I havent drivien the h/r's or the skunks, but the gold lines seem to do a pretty good job.
I have no idea the rates on the springs but I have used them on all my lowered hondas you should be able to find a set for 150 shipped or lower
That or eibach. Or a set of ground controls for the real win. Suspension dont cheap it

H&R's are a decent entry level spring. I run a 400lb front and 350lb rear on my 89 hatch, so close to that should still be ok for your EG. Like said, don't cheap out on the suspension pieces. Stay away from the skunk2 sleeve-type coil-overs, they bounce almost as bad as cheap junk.
