lower compression

hi, i am buying a vtec B and will probably be getting a jdm b16a obd1. compression for jdm spec is 10.4. i wanna lower it a little bit for boost. Any one lowered their compression without internals? The only thing i can think of is thicker head gasket. How much should that lower my compression, like .2? any other ideas? thanks guys

Don't worry about lower compression until you building the motor and want to run 14psi or higher.

For b16a's I just think unless your a pretty good tuner to just get the headgasket. Leaves alot more error in the tune imo
