Low 14's or Mid 13's?

Sorry not sure if this is the right place to put this but... I was looking to run mid 13's on a D16y8...any ideas? like which turbo could get me this? and as for the price...umm anything goes but I dont want to run faster than mid 13's really...Thanks

SC61 is the turbo for you. If you have the money, get two of them. Instant spool.
