Looking turbo for ZC

Guys I have a ZC DOHC. Going to build it with turbo but don't know which one. I want to get approximate 200+ hp at 1 bar but want the early boost starting from 2000 rpm and all the way up. I know the big turbo will not go up untill 3000+ rpm. Any suggestions? Which turbo I should look for? Skoda 1.8, WRX, Volvo e.t.c.

I have a Garrett t3 57trim .42ar comp and a .48turbine would be exactly what your looking for. Its internally gated at 8psi but can be raised with a boost controller. 4 bolt exhaust housing. Might be able to include a exhaust flange with it. I will take $125 + shipping. Has new thrust washer and some seals. Should start spool around 2000 and be at full spool between 2500 and 2800.

EDIT: Just noticed where you are can poss come down on price a bit to help with shipping.
