k got my surging idle problem down...NOW!

K now i have a high idle like around 2300 rpms and my car seems to misfire in 3000 - rpms....putters everynowand then and pops....wtf? how can i get my idle back down to atleast 1000 preferably back to 600?

sounds like a vacumm leak from the misfireing
