hey was wondering if any one has heard of JG Engine Dynamics 1001 cam. it's suppossed to be a turbo cam for the a6.
Lift in/ex: 402/392

Duration in/ex 254/250

Valve lash in/ex: 007/009


I'm not to sure when it comes to cams, but for turbo you would want high lift short duration correct? I'm in the process of doing my next build and was thinking maybe going non vtec this time. how do you guys think this cam will do? would you clasify this as a mild cam? from what I understand these cams are regrinds, and negs about using regringds?
