Default intake manifold swap.....

k here is the deal....i swapped a skunk2 intake mani on my d15b7 turbo....everything seemd to go fine....all gaskets good etc...etc....vacuum lines all seem to be hooked up no idle fluctuation...just high idle....well the damn thing wont build boost and wont let me apply throttle past 40%on my safc....but with car offf it read 100% to the floor...going down the road driving when it gets to 40% it seems to hit a wall and fuel cuts out? wtf? im getting a code 1 and code 6 from a p06 which should be oxygen sensor and engine coolant temp sensor but they were not coded before the swap so why would my oxygen sensor go out from an intake mani swap? any help appreciated? possible its a code 7 tps sensor...its one long blink then pause then 6 fast blinks.....

could it be fuel injector system...idle is really high and boggy? it blinks like this each . is a light each - is a pause -- long pause

.--.-.-.-.-.-. ?wtf ----

if it is a fuel injector code could i have put the fuel injectors in the wrong sequence? would that cause a code 16...
