injector impedance question...someone refresh my memory..google failed me
Ok..im in process of rebuilding my B16 for lots more boost...Part of that entails converting to OBD1..I need larger injectors anyway..since I am converting to obd1, does that mean I need high impedance/saturated injectors versus the low impedance/peak and hold that I have now?

Saturated Injectors:
# 1997-up Prelude VTEC
# 1992-95 Civic Si/EX
# 1996-00 Civic
# 1992-00 Integra LS/GSR/ITR
Peak & Hold Injectors:
# 1988-91 Civic/Crx Si/HF
# 1990-91 Integra
# 1992-96 Prelude non-VTEC
# 1992-96 Prelude VTEC
# 1g DSM Non-Turbo 4g63 240cc
# 2g DSM Non-Turbo Uknown if works
# 1g DSM Turbo Automatic 380cc
# 1g/2g DSM Turbo Manual 450cc

yeah i saw that..I mean..Do I still run the peak and hold-which would be crx..Or do I run saturated..which would be like 92-95 civic..I am thinking i need saturated since im slapping a p28 in it-which falls in the saturated column...just making sure..
Saturated is what you want, but running peak and hold injectors is just a resistor box away.
You'll go peak and hold eventually if you want to run dsms or many other iterations of larger injectors.

yeah, im running dsm 450's now while im obd0. 1000cc injectors have already been ordered from xenocron to be installed during my high boost build and obd1 conversion..thanks for the input..this thread can now be locked.
well if you've already got the DSMs in there, then that means you've got a resistor box wired up (probably stock since you said you're obd0), so you don't need to switch to high impedance (saturated) injectors just b/c you are converting to obd1. I'd keep using peak and hold injectors since you've already got the resistor box in there....and i'm more a fan of peak and hold injectors anyways, to me their design is better than saturated.
