I'm an ass.
ok, so last thanks giving i drove my 96 hatchback mini-me home from school. during the week my car ended up breaking down, and i didnt have the time or tools to fix it. I left it where it was parked and got a ride back to school with a friend. I am about to go home and fix it, but it just dawned on me that the gas has been sitting in the tank for over 6 months. What should i do?

Re: I'm an ass.
I bought my car with 6 month old gas in it, and then drove it 3.5hrs home. It started reallly slow, but new gas and gas treatment (lucas) fixed it up nice.
If it's a full tank, you could siphon it down to like half, and then add some high-grade to cancel out the old gas. |
