Default idler tensioner pulley problems

i think my ------- idler tensioner pulley is gone again. this is the second time this has happend. its makeing a loud *** squeeling noise and my water temp is going through the ------- roof everytime i go into boost. before this my cam gears always slipped and i would have to retune the bitch and it ended up squeeling too, so i took off the crank pulley and the cover and i found that all the ball bearings were in the bottom of the tray from the tensioner pulley. so i took the one off of my blown motor an swapped it and everything was fine, but now its squeeling again. does anyone else have this problem? and yes i did put a new timing belt on after i put the new tensioner pulley on. i just dont know what to do, and i can't just go to vatozone to get another one because its a dealership part. anyone got anything for me?

I got mine from www.rockauto.com for about $35 shipped. It sounds like you are tightening way too tight or you have something misaligned.

make sure u install and tighten down the tensioner correctly, most OEM tensioner i`ve seen rolls smoothly even after 150000miles.
