Default idle air control valve

well i put my new intake manifold and throttle body on the other day so i started the car up it ran fine then like 2 seconds later while its warming up the idle jumps like 500rpms from 1700 to 2200rpms and it pops a cel but the car runs fine it doesnt stall out or anything it runs fine just has a high idle once the cel goes off other then that it will idle at 750 when fully warm untill the cel goes off. anyone else had this problem i think i might have a fucked up IAC valve

no its really weird my idle is fine becasue after driving around and ---- when i start my car it will idle at 750rpm then jump to about 1500 i think it might be a problem with the new throttle body but im gunna change the iac to see if i can get rid of the cel
