IACV on a Mini-Me

Hey, my buddies got a y7/z6 that we're building with a 88-91 CRX Intake Manifold. We've tried doing the wire setup and swappin the wires on the ecu but we can't get the IACV workin right. When the car is warm it runs fine without it hooked up, but when its cold, it dies and dies and dies, its very annoying. We don't know if the IACV is bad or what. :'( Anyone have any idea? At this point any idea's that we can try that might help are helpful.

I'm using the OBDII-A P2P I believe it is? the 96-98 EX ECU. As for the bitch valve lol and the holes in the throttle body, I'll check that when I get home, I'm at school right now. For the repinning I used a diagram that a lot of others used... I believe it was off teamdelsol or something, I just can't remember the guys name. I can post it up when I get home if that'll help the troubleshooting.
