I burnt a valve whts next?
so i did a compression check at my mechanics the other day cause i have been trying to figure out y my car has been miss fire ing and come to find out i bent one of my valves so whts next im going to pull the head on it and bring it to a machine shop. but should i have it decked at the same time a couple thousands? tell me wht you think! the motor is a d16y7
when i checked the compression i got 200psi out of three and 110psi out of the one with a bernt valve i guess thats cause i put ne cams in.

Remove the head to see what's up. It's the only way you'll truly see what is wrong. Just by doing a compression test, I'm not sure how you can conclude it's the valve that is bent and not something else...
Then again, if you adjusted the motor so all the valves in that cylinder were closed, and then pumped air into the combustion chamber to hear it come through the intake/exhaust, then you might be able to conclude you have a sealing problem with a valve.
