i think "I" beam is more for all motor, and "H" beam is for turbo

Yea I beams are lighter .so i would prolly agree with him.Sorry i didnt explain ----,I beams are lighter and can spin faster at high R's and the H beams are stronger and heavier meant for lower R's.Im not saying you cant use H beams for all motor but I would think I beams would be ideal for all motor.I use H beams in my turbo d ;)

Re:i beam and h beam

So for a boosted B series you should get the I beams??? Would tuner toys "I-beams" be good for 400whp and 9K RPM?

sorry for the semi threadjack, but I have had the same question as you for a while as well.
