how much does an LS tranny weigh?

I'm trying to get one shipped from atlanta georgia, anybody know how much they weigh?

thats a good question.... i carried my gsr tranny around a few times, but im an aweful judge of weight... ill take a guess and say like... 80 lbs maybe? i dunno?

I can guess weights fairly well because I lift weights every now and again.

onyx knows....think it was like 70-75lbs with intermidate shaft...

make someone else do legwork the work for you.. go on ebay, lookup the tranny you want, ask the seller how much the ****** weights.. BLAM your answer

alright, then how much does a ys1 weigh? mine is attached to the car and I don't want to take that ---- off just so I can weigh it and tell this other guy the results. I'll try that ebay ----.
