how much does a B16 weigh?
engine + cable tranny? just trying to get an idea, thinking of just throwing one in the back of a car (not the CRX) and me and my roommate being able to take it out? we lifted my ZC easily the B16 weighs a little more right?
It weighs pretty heavy dude. Just the engine alone is pretty heavy. I was pretty amazed the first time we lifted just the engine out of the back of beaus car.. I highly recommend a small truck or something with a bed. I dont know the aprox it weighs. But unless you take it apart from the trans its going to be to heavy to move around into a car.

it took 4 people to lift my first b16 and tranny on the pallet into the back of a toyota pickup it was no fun. Id would just have it delivered to the place that your doing the swap or you could seperate them that would be easy.

I think it would be too much to handle, even taken apart. The trouble is trying to lift it out and over the ledge, very bulky. You guys should be able to lift an engine alone off the back of a pickup and set it onto the floor though, but thats about it.
I was able to get a B18c short block off the back of my pickup and onto my engine stand by myself once.

I had the same problem with my old toy 20R. The truck had like 280,000 miles on it and drove fine, but the engine would barely idle although it ran great at speed. I sold it in Bellingham because it couldn't pass the smog test.

the engine that was going in it was bad.
