how to get power to the ecu
hey guys
I bought an 88 crx hf that somebody swapped in a D16a in it, and left the hf trany in it.
and it wont start, the fuel pump isnt priming and there is no spark, so I changed the main relay.
But they cut up the ignition harness so I can get it to turn over by touching some of the wires but no combination gets power to the ecu...
any suggestions on how to get power to the ecu or what to check?
what is the d16a from? (not d16a6...1st gen integra maybe?)
I need an ignition switch so let me know if ya got one.

I'm voting to replace vehicle wiring harness, ---- the dumb ----. I've repaired harnesses before when riceboys just started cutting (wires in the back half of the vehicle over a DPI-->MPFI conversion??) and it was never worth my effort.
