how to get front right spindel off?

ya i was at the track yesterday and one of my lug nut's got welded to the lug bolt so i used some elbo grease to get it off and it stripped out the lug bolt pretty badly, http://www.newbieforces.com/files/DSC02002.JPG so i went to oriely and got a new one and i cant seem to understand how to take off the hub so i can get the bolt off. i really need help because this is a daily driven car and i dont wish to run around with only 3 lug bolts holding on my wheel. please get back asap i am in desperate need of help. btw the car is the one i had pictures on here earlyer, it ran 12.4 seconds in the quarter and 118 trap speeds. the slicks are m&h 22" tall, 10"wide for 13" by 8" bogart racing rims. my best 60 foot time was 1.85 on open dif and stock axels. if i can find a movie host i will put some up.

btw it is a 93 civic ex coupe, it is on the drivers side

those track times are not the car best also, my dad was hitting the rev limiter in all 4 gears, and the ftl from uberdata was set to low so it bogged a little off take off.

that picture is LARGE ;D

my friend was trying to replace his front wheel bearings once on his civic and after doing some research on it, discovered it was something we couldn't do at home--something about a machine shop being needed to disassemble it? This might be related to your problem.

the hub has to be pressed out, the berrings replaced the lug's fixed, and then pressed back together. go to the junk yard and get another one, itl save you alot of greef, BTW riding on 3 lugs are fine for awhile, did for 3 months without and problems. I have head of people cutting the stuf in half and the popping the old one out and notching the new one to just slip it in. it kinda works but isnt fun.

If you bend the brake dust shield (backing plate) out of the way you should be able to beat the stud out, and slip in the new one no problem? If not you have to take the entire Hub off, and press out the bearing, then press the hub out, and normally you have to replace the bearing when the hub comes out.

To re-install the stud, just slide it in place, get some washers and a lug nut and start tightening it down until it seats.
