Honda motor swap questions
Will any of the V6 motors fit into the smaller hondas (civics, crx, del sol)? Seems like it would be a good swap if possible.

Re: Honda motor swap questions
Wrong forum.
and anything can fit on a smaller car, but it won't be a bolt on affair, and the electrical will be a pain in the ass. If you have the time, money, and fabrication skills you could do it...........but why...... |
Re: Honda motor swap questions
Maybe, but why? Unless the goal is to create a nose heavy , gas eating pig that most simple t/d's will rip apart then sure, get er done....

Re: Honda motor swap questions
not without alot of fabrication. There's a few CRX's with V6's in the trunk. I personally think its a waste of time given the level of support of the Honda 4 cylinder

Re: Honda motor swap questions
anything is possible but a v-6 not much of a point unless you go for a inline 6 from a supra but ---- it if your going to go custom engine install go with a S2000 motor swap stay true to keep honda motors in honda cars

Re: Honda motor swap questions
and thats with a 90° 3.0L.
I'm sure the smaller honda 60° v6 motors would have much more room. |
