Re: HMT Recipes. Orange Chicken to Enchiladas.
Beer and Cheese Soup
U need: 1 cup chopped onion white 1 Cup chopped celery 1 Big ass brick of cheese (marble) 2 Bottles of beer ..corona works best..harsh beer tastes Skunky get it warm in a water bath 1 package of redy crisp bacon bits. 2 cans of condensed milk fresh cilantro Cook the onion and celery in the bottom of a pot with lots of butter..add salt and pepper as desired. when cooked add in the 2 cans of condensed milk.. let that simmer for 10 min -add 2 bottles of beer , slowly ...get the beer as warm as possible before adding..or it will curdle. Take the brick of cheese and grate it..then stir it in. Now depending on desired thickness you may want to add a mixture of flour and cold water..mix it up in a cup prior to adding.. use cold water so it doesn't clump. Add that in to thicken it up Add in bacon bits.. real bacon bits...not fake one. let this ---- cook for about 20 min.. add in some cilantro for the last few mins.. it gives it that mexican taste... Serve it in french onion soup bowls ... Grate Cheese ont he top and put th eoven on Broil , or use a torch to melt the cheese. Finely Chop up tomato's and put on the top and put fine chopped cilantro on top... U can put a tortia chip sticking outof it for presentation Eat it and get fat as ----... it will knock you out / slow you down.. it's the equivalent of Running through a pool wearing a snow suit... But damm it's tastey. |
Re: HMT Recipes. Orange Chicken to Enchiladas.
ill pull out some more of my recipes.
potato pancakes! the real kind. alright nigros, cube up raw potatoes, idaho, red, yukon gold, whatever you want/like. peel them, peels mess the recipe up. throw it in a blender , about 2/3 full. add in 2 eggs, 1c white flour (use something else at your own risk), 2T butter/margarine (optional), blend until it's all mixed. fry like pancakes, in butter or maybe some bacon grease. potatoes + bacon is delicious. eat with ketchup preferably. quick, easy, not all that bad for you, and is always a healthy addition to beer/cheese soup. to the OP of beer/cheese soup, DO NOT ------- USE EVAPORATED MILK!!! it's going to make it overly sweet and taste like total ass. |

Maple burgers:
Ingrediants: curry powder, Grade A maple syrup (no cheap ---- or it'll taste nasty) and of course hamburger, the low fat crap kind tends to break when flipping all of this is to taste, but i normally use about 1/3-1/2 of the bottle per batch of burgers and i end up completely coating the hamburger twice in curry powder grill and enjoy |

Re: HMT Recipes. Orange Chicken to Enchiladas.
Here is a good breakfast/lunch recipe
ingredient: -milk -eggs -white flour -butter -oil (i use olive oil) -swiss cheese (emental) -fresh aspergus -ham (sliced) in a bowl you mix: -3 egg -1 ¼ cup of milk (2% or 3.25%) -1 cup of white flour. this the pancake mix... now you need to do bechamel sauce... you do it that way in a pan, you put 2 table spoon of butter... make it melt but do not burn it. Then add 4 table spoon of flour mix that and after add a cup of milk... cook and always stir until it thickens. Now prepare your aspergus... i cook them in a steam pot... Ok now since everything is ready, take some pancake mix and cook it in a anti-adesive pan (put oil in the pan before and use a towel to remove the excess... and just wipe everytime you make a new pancake), when you turn the pancake, put some swiss cheese in the middle, then add the slice of ham, then add some aspergus and finaly the bechamel sauce. let it cook and for almost a minute or two (temperature not to high) then roll the edge on each side. after... well eat it and your girl should give you oral sex after you are finish... |
Re: HMT Recipes. Orange Chicken to Enchiladas.
Carne Asada, cheap and easy plus it goes great with beer.
you need to make some quick pico. what you need: onion (probly only need half) 2 tomatos celantro lime jalapenos dice tomatos and some onion and mix it together in a bowl, chop celantro and peppers and throw in the bowl too. squeeze lime juice into it and add salt and pepper til its just right. http://www.fileden.com/files/2006/8/24/183923/bbq4.JPG now for the meat first you goto the most beanerish meat store you can find, dont forget your turbo lol http://www.fileden.com/files/2006/8/...3/DSC00436.JPG get a few pounds of sliced beef. we usually get about 6lbs for 4 or 5 people and theres always plenty. we used to get this stuff that had seasoning salt, celantro, and onions already on it then while cooking it would just add more johnnys to it but then we bought some ---- that was marinated in corona's all day and soem other spices. it was like sex in a tortia lol. well maybe not that good but its pretty bomb. then goto the beaner bakery if you have one local. get soem fresh white corn tortilla's. the ones that are so fresh there still warm and there is condensation on the inside of the bag, if you guys dont have one local i feel bad for you. light the grill and have a few beers while waiting on the coals to be ready http://www.fileden.com/files/2006/8/...3/DSC00437.JPG once there good and white ------ them bitches around and start throwing the meat on http://www.fileden.com/files/2006/8/...3/DSC00440.JPG let it cook on both sides then take it off and throw it into a pot while you cook the rest http://www.fileden.com/files/2006/8/24/183923/bbq3.JPG once your all done make some tacos and eat up bitches because you shoudl have a decent buzz if you have been steady with the beers since the begining http://www.fileden.com/files/2006/8/24/183923/bbq5.JPG sorry for the shitty camera phone pics. this wasn't made just now but i was bout to head out and get the hot tub cleaned up and starting thinking about BBQ'ing tonight lol, so i had to post it up. |
Re: HMT Recipes. Orange Chicken to Enchiladas.
That Carne Asada looks good as fuuuuuck. :y
Good Ass Fries. Preheat oven to ~375-400ish Get a pan and brush on some vegetable oil. not too thin, not too thick Get some potatos, peel them and cut into wedges, stick them in the microwave for about 3-4 minutes to get them semi-cooked. Make seasoning: 1 part flour 1 part good grated parmesan some salt some pepper some paprika some cayenne pepper Take the potatos out of the microwave and put them in a big ass ziplock back with the seasoning. They'll give up some moisture for the seasoning to stick. Don't over-shake or ---- will get crazy. Arrange those bitches on the pan and drizzle more oil over their bodies. Cook for ~15-20 minutes, flip the fries (try to do this as quickly as possible) - ---- is gonna be hot. Sprinke on more seasoning if they get naked Cook for another ~15 minutes, sprinkle salt to tast. ---- is good as hell. |

Re: HMT Recipes. Orange Chicken to Enchiladas.
shrimp scampi.
this is very easy to make and takes about a half hour with proper preparation. ingredients: one 16 oz box of your favorite fettuccine. i like barilla pasta. 4 tablespoons of butter 2 tablespoons of olive oil or vegetable oil 4 to 8 garlic cloves. i like 8 because i live life dangerously :4 1 to 2 pounds of deveined uncooked shrimp. med or large 1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley 4 teaspoons of graded lemon peel 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2/3 cup of dry white wine. chicken broth can be substitute start with cooking fettuccine to desired tenderness. while cooking fettuccine, melt butter with oil in a large saucepan over med heat. add garlic; cook and stir 1 minute. add shrimp; cook and stir 1 minute. add the rest of ingredients and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. drain fettuccine pour shrimp mixture over pasta and toss/stir well. i like to use the leftover lemon and squeeze the juice all over the mixture while stirring. im not much of a white wine fan but it does go well with the pasta and gets the girls wet when served with a the meal O0 enjoy |

pico de gallo is a salsa...hmt style
4 cloves of garlic 1/2 an onion 4 tomatoes 1 bunch of cilantro 4 limes 3 serrano chilis (or whatever peppers you damn want) kosher salt black pepper laid out on newspaper for easy clean up Attachment 12851 slice the onion in half, the slice along the root part like this: Attachment 12852 ...then against ur last cut to cut them into small to medium dice: Attachment 12853 then throw that ---- in a bowl ...dice up the tomatoes to the same size and throw that ---- in the bowl too: Attachment 12854 dice up the red hot chilli peppers to about 1/8" x 1/8" x 1/8" and drop that ---- in the bowl: Attachment 12855 tear the bottoms stems off the cilantro with your hands: Attachment 12856 and chop through them ONCE to make them look like this: Attachment 12857then throw that ---- in the bowl mince (chop to finest) the garlic [nice shot of the DTM knife]: Attachment 12858 slice the limes in halves and squeeze into the mixture: Attachment 12859 season with KOSHER SALT (iodized salt tastes like ------ chemicals)....hint: add enough so that the flavors get sharper, but not too much so that you taste salt. for this recipe, i use about 1/4-1/3 cup of kosher jew salt. Attachment 12860 fresh ground pepper ALWAYS!!!! same rule applies as the salt Attachment 12861 mix that ---- with whatever you gots: Attachment 12862 cover with plastic and store for the next day's comsumption (so the flavors have time to get aquainted and get sexy and all that ----) the following day: break out a bag of ur favorite tortilla chips, liquid gold (green bottle for me) and some hmt NSFW...and ur copastetic! Attachment 12863 mangos, pepinos, red onions, avocado and other ---- can be thrown in if you want. use this recipe as a base. ***Stay tuned for the next HMT recipe installement: Fried ice cream this is for all of you that wanna celebrate big tonite. put away the daily bong and ur pipes for personals. if you smokin with homies, this is the way to go. mah breezie crashed out on me, so i had to take the pix on my own...excuse the fucked up focus and aiming. -As demonstrated: 1 dime sack of Pake-lolo (hawaiian for ganja)...u can use more, i'm just using half a dub cuz this is going to my head. 1 Swisher sweet, flavor of your choice (mines is strawberry) I. Take ur bud outta the bag and lay it next to your blunt. admire the team players. Attachment 12864 II. Start by breaking up the weed with ur fingers, the finer you break it up, the easier it is to roll. Some peepo use scissors...i dont cuz i dont always have them handy. Attachment 12865 III. Once it's all broken up, line up ur weed evenly next to your blunt to gauge it. Attachment 12866 IV. Take the blunt outta the wrapper and split it down the center with your thumbnails. Start at the ''lighting end" first and finish at the mouth end (big round end - tapered end). this part takes practice. you can just use a razor blade if you want, but its not guaranteed that you'll always have one handy. http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y10...h/DSC01338.jpgAttachment 12867Attachment 12868 V. Lay out a piece of paper or grab a bag (a wadded up piece of paper is easier to disguise...man i'm high rite now) and carefully empty out that shitty tobacco. Attachment 12869 Attachment 12870 Attachment 12871 VI. Then you wanna seal both layers of the blunt by wetting the edges with your tongue and pressing it with your lips. do this to both sides. this step is critical. get intimate with this bitch. Attachment 12872 this is what you should have so far, notice the dampened edges on the blunte. Attachment 12873 VII. Next, sprinkle ur weed in from side to side as evenly as possible. after that, use ur finger to level it all out. this step ensures that you dont get any dips and ur blunt is nice and consistent from end to end. Attachment 12874 Attachment 12875 VIII. This next step is what i like to call, 'Rockin the blunt.' Position your fingers like so, using your middle fingers as a bottom support, ur index fingers as a frontal/top support and your thumbs as a rear support system. Try putting a pencil or pen in ur hands with this position and practice rolling the pen while keeping ur fingers in this position. Attachment 12876 Place the blunt with the mouth end at your right hand and lighting end at your left. Attachment 12877 Now with the blunt in place, rock the weed frontwards and backwards with your fingers staying consistently in position. this part also takes practice, but so worth it. the goal is to use the blunt to form ur pake-lolo into a cylindrical shape. the better quality (stickier) herb you got, the easier this step will be. if you got weed that has the properties of some green herb seasoning in your mom's spice rack, leave rolling ---- like that for a time when you're more confident in twistin. Attachment 12878 backwards: Attachment 12879 Frontwards: Attachment 12880 Repeat till the weed is intact in a nice pencil shape. IX. Once you're done rockin it, tuck the middle end that towards you underneath the other end, like so: Attachment 12881 then start tucking the mouth end in first, and lick the overlapping blunt wrap portion to seal that ---- shut and press it over the underlying portion of the wrap. be firm but gentle when doing this step. Go from right to left, try not to ruin ur cylindrical shape that you just created. Attachment 12882 close to the end: Attachment 12883 X. Here's a step that'll help prevent a 'run.' I tuck in the end, also so that the weed doesnt fall out the front. Lick the lighting end around the end. i just place it on my tongue and twist it around till the end is moist. Attachment 12884 First tuck inward the smoking end with your pinky nail where the two edges meet. Attachment 12885 then proceed to go around and tuck the rest of the edges inward. Attachment 12886 Attachment 12887 it should look sealed like this when you're done Attachment 12888 XI. Here's the most key step in preventing a run. Take your lighter and run in along the side of the blunt that you licked to seal it. go back and forth till you think you dried up ur saliva. Attachment 12889 Attachment 12890 XII. Take a moment to look at what you've created. Attachment 12891 ...Suddenly i felt a tap on my shoulder. WTF?!?! Its gangsta-ma!!!! Attachment 12892 I warned her that this ---- was no joke! i dont think she's smoked chronic b4. But its hard to say NO to your elders. ----, i wanted to have this all to myself. i let her hit it once. Attachment 12893 XIII. Make sure you light the end you tucked in. Attachment 12894 XIV. Lastly, kick ur feet up and indulge. Attachment 12895Attachment 12896 when finished, throw a fried ice cream ball in the fryer...pair some chips with your boosted salsa...or grub on some fajitas. cuz you're gonna be marvin [Starvin Marvin] in no time. this is how we did in culinary school. two put together: ''the belajitter'' Attachment 12897 Next recipe: back to food. Bananas Foster Your basic chicken fah-jeye-tuh [Peter Griffin] recipe: 3 large chicken titties, breasts 1 red bell pepper 1 green bell pepper 1 orange bell pepper 1 yellow bell pepper 10 flour tortillas s&p (kosher n fresh cracked) 4 oz. Chivas Regal Whiskey (substitute JD, Hennessey or whatever the ---- you want) 12 oz. Heineken green bottle I. Lay out your boobs and drizzle olive oil on one side. then hit it with some kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper (breezie cracked the pepper for me). do the same for the other side as well. Attachment 12898http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...w/DSC01275.jpgAttachment 12899 II. Preset your oven to 300. wrap your tortillas in a double layer of foil and throw em in the ------ hot box. Attachment 12900Attachment 12901Attachment 12902 III. Get ur veggies out and pick the garlic as the first vicim. Attachment 12903 smash the cloves with the flat end of ur knife and peel the skins off. Attachment 12904 mince the garlic up. larger chunks = lesser garlic flavor < smaller chunks = greater garlic flavor. get it? Attachment 12905 Attachment 12906 take the onion and bisect it down the middle of the root, and peel the outer layer of skin off. Then, cut the root ends off. Attachment 12907 two onion halves and my left foot. Attachment 12908 ---- ---- ----!! during this whole ----, the vegetable slicing tuturiol pix got deleted! ----!....----. ZC pretty much, i cut along the ''grain'' of the onion at an angle to make cresent like slices. think of like, wedges of an orange. that's what you wanna acheive. as far as the bell peppers go, try your damn best to cut them into strips. then, throw all that ---- in a bowl!! damn i was pissed. so i poured two shots of whiskey (and green bottle chaser) for me and the downest person at 11:45 in the a.m. In this case it was my 94 yr old g-ma. g-ma's gangsta...she dont need a chaser. Attachment 12909 ''TO FINISHING THIS ------- RECIPE WRITE UP/LUNCH!!!" Attachment 12910 BOTTOMS UP! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...w/DSC01282.jpg continuing on.... IV. Heat up a pan with like 3 tablespoons of oil in it at a really high heat (for really thick chicken titties). I heat up my pan really hot cuz it's aluminum (less residual heat), but if you have a steel pan or griddle, keep the heat mild and steady. once the pan is smokin hot, place the boobs neatly in the pan. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...w/DSC01278.jpg Attachment 12911 check the first breast you put down, and if it's golden brown...flip it over. Attachment 12912 do the rest of em once the time is due Attachment 12913 V. Once both sides are golden brown, put the tits on a sheet pan. or if the pan you cooked em in is oven safe, just keep them in the pan. either way, just put the mutha fuckas in the 300 degree oven to cook the insides of the boobs. Attachment 12914 Attachment 12915 while you're cooking the chicken to an internal boob temp of 138 degrees you're gonna cook the veggies. VI. If you used a sheet pan or something, use the same pan from the chicken to cook ur veggies. if not, just throw the garlic in a pan with some oil. Attachment 12916 then before the garlic starts to brown, throw in the rest of the veggies. Attachment 12917 Season the veggies with fresh cracked pepper and kosher salt Attachment 12918 while you're cooking this vegetable mix, bite 1 of each of the different kinds and stop cooking them once they get to a consistency that YOU feel is good to eat in ur fajita. you can cook it a lil so that you have really crunchy-crisp veggies, or cook it too all hell full boost so that you end up with limp veggies. VII. Once the tata's are cooked on the inside or it's juices run clear or the insides aren't raw or they've reached the internal boob temp of 138 degrees. what the ---- ever. let them rest for like 2 min so the juices inside can settle down. then, slice them like so. Attachment 12919 VII. Put the cooked veggies to one side of a large platter and the sliced chicken on the other side. like so. Attachment 12920 VIII. Pull your tortillas out. Serve with your favorite hot sauce (for this, Tapatio tire hat) and liquid gold (again, green bottle). Attachment 12921 You can damn well use flank/skirt steak if you want. i think it's better when you use flank steak. but all i had was chicken, sucky for me. just cook the steak the same way, but instead of putting it in an oven, put the steaks inside a double layer of foil to keep em hot.
