high idle

Default high idle

what would cause a idle to stay above 1000 rpm.
vac leaks are not the problem all new pipes and the idle i ajusted and still wont drop. so what else can do this?

perhaps, could also be a IACV problem. does the idle cycle?

or take the intake tube off, there are 1 or 2 holes inside the TB on the firewall side. plug one at a time.

if the top one causes the car to idle down then the iacv is the culprit.

if the bottom one causes the idle to come down then the FITV is the culprit.

tryed the idle screw no change. the bottom 1 causes the car to die. I will try the top.
