hesitation

Although this may be a forced induction question, I figured it may be a long post (not sure yet) filled with more that just FI questions
After swapping in my b18b I had some slight throttle response problems, it would take my car a second to realize that I was stepping on the gas. It didn't happen very often, so I didn’t think anything of it. Now that I have installed my turbo, it does the same thing, except now instead of just hesitating once and going back to normal it will do it for a period of time then go back to driving normal.
Now, I'm hoping that it's just a fuel problem seeing how I have a FMU/missing link setup right now, soon I will be driving 4 or 5 hours to get uberdata tuning and I would like to drive on the FMU to get there.
Do i just need tunning? maybe a timing thing?
O yeah, when driving normal, my car scoots, I mean it scoots in a good way
thanks

Re:hesitation

uberdata will probably clear that up for. i think it would to drive that long. just make sure you dont boost. if you stay away from flooring it, does it still happen?

Re:hesitation

Does that sound like something that may happen when the computer reads boost? At first I was thinking the same thing; the one thing that made me think not was the fact that my car did it before boost. Ill drive it around some more and keep the boost levels down and see if it still does it.

Re:hesitation

aLittle more info...
It’s only in the low rpms, and if I push down on the petal and nothing happens, nothing will happen, I have to push on the pedal some more to get it to respond.
Thanks
