help zc craps out at 2,500 rpms
just got my zc running in my 91 civic dx...it runs fine and idles fine..but it'll crap out at like 2,500 rpms..when you rev on it or drive it..
anybody have an idea what it is?...could it be my wiring for the multi point conversion?..help me out..thanks

yeah if u got check lights. figure that out first. thats what mine did when we first did the swap a few years ago. it just boggs like crazy and doesnt go past 3k. and then one day my friend fixed it for me. toyed with the harness. i dont know that fool ghetto rigged it. so i just went out and bought the whole crx si harness for my car and everything was cherry. but if your gonna do that for your car get it out of 90-91 civic si cause 88-89 has different type's of plugs i believe

yea..i've swapped the wires on the tps..but i haven't swapped the wires on the dist yet....i didn't do that...because most mpfi conversion websites don't include that..but i mite try it...i'm running the zc ecu..

yes,code #4,CKP,crank position sensor.
thats what mine was.Its a grey plastic wheel
in the distributor.I spent about 4 hours swapping
it out with one from a d15 dis. still didnt work.
I just replaced dizzy

i just put a brand new zc dist in...but haven't switched the wires on the dizzy yet...i've only heard of a few peep's swapping the wires on the dizzy...so not sure if
