You're in luck, vtec is pre-wired to the engine compartment harness on all 92 Civics, and '92 only. You will have to run just a couple foot long wires under your hood which will be a snap.

Re: help with wiring HONDA

You run the vtec solenoid and the vtec pressure switch to the 2 wires picture at the shock tower plug, and one more wire from the pressure switch to any ground.

Re: help with wiring HONDA

on the cabin harness I located the vtec solenoid and pressure switch wires. I opend the connectors and on the engine harness there's already 2 male prons that goes into the vtec solenoid and pressure switch female's connector....now my question is that do I STILL have to wire them up or do I just wire the one of the pressure switch to ground..? motor is in the car..and I have no CEL...let me know..

I don't quite understand what you're saying, take some pics or try explaining more clearly.

Re: help with wiring HONDA

if you have the engine harness for the D16Z6, it is 100% plug and play with the 92 chassis harness. just drop in the engine and go. thats exactly why, when I bought an EG, I bought a 92.
